Canada Post is Back to Work!

We are now shipping with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. You may choose your preference at checkout. Canada Post is back to work, with some small delays due to rotating strike action. UPS and Purolator will have fastest delivery. We cannot change shipping methods after an order is fulfilled.

PO Boxes: Only Canada Post can deliver to PO Boxes. Purolator and UPS require a physical street address, and cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you use a PO box in your address, we may elect to switch your shipping method to Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

USA/International Orders: We only ship within Canada. For USA shoppers, please visit breatheteq.com or armbrustusa.com

For fastest shipping, order before Noon Eastern Time and choose Purolator Express. These orders will ship same-business-day and typically arrive next-business-day, pending weather or seasonal volume issues.

All items are in-stock unless noted on the product page. Orders containing a mix of presale/out-of-stock items and in-stock items will be delayed until all items are ready. We cannot ship orders separately. If you prefer separate shipping, please enter two separate orders. All orders placed are final. If you need to modify/cancel an order, please email us. We will do our best to intercept your order before our fulfillment team processes it, but we cannot guarantee we can make the requested changes in time. 

Pickup is available at our Orangeville location Mon-Thurs 8:00-3:00 and Fri 8:00-2:00, excluding observed Ontario statutory holidays. Please place your order online 30 minutes in advance and choose the pickup option. You can re-order from your smartphone in our parking lot e.g. if you initially purchased a sample kit and want to try those masks in your car, then place another order.

Orders under $200 will be shipped with NO signature required. If a recipient is not at the destination to receive the package, the delivery driver may decide to leave the package at the destination's front door or other drop location. After the parcel has reached its destination's drop location, the merchant and delivery service provider are no longer liable for the parcel's safekeeping. We do not provide replacement product(s) or refunds in the situation that parcels are stolen or misplaced after reaching the destination. If you are ordering under $200 and need a signature due to a high risk neighborhood, please place your order then email us immediately with this request.

Orders over $200 will be shipped with signature required. If nobody is at the destination to provide a signature, the delivery driver may leave a pickup card, or re-attempt delivery on another day. After the parcel has reached its destination, the merchant and delivery service provider are no longer liable for the parcel's safekeeping. We do not provide replacement product(s) or refunds in the situation that parcels are stolen or misplaced after reaching the destination.

Shipping Mon-Fri: Our fulfillment centre operates Mon-Fri excluding observed Ontario statutory holidays. Our shipping partners operate Monday-Friday, and typically have no pickup or delivery service on weekends or Purolator Holidays / Canada Post Holidays (although they may deliver on weekends during peak season to purge excess packages from their network). Fulfillment and delivery service may be delayed by inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, human error, seasonal network demand, or other causes. For these reasons we cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

Shipping transit times shown at checkout are estimates only, and not guaranteed. These transit times apply to business days for orders received by noon Eastern Time. These times may be delayed depending on our volume, carrier volume, and carrier delays. If you need the order urgently, please choose Purolator Express as we prioritize those orders. 

Fulfillment Cutoff We aim to fulfill and ship same-business-day for orders placed before noon Eastern Time. Purolator Express orders received by noon Eastern Time are given TOP PRIORITY and always ship same-business-day, unless the pickup driver cannot arrive e.g. due to hazardous conditions. For non-Express orders, some occasional events (sales, pandemics, staff shortages, stat holidays) will delay fulfillment until the next day. 

Track Your Package: For services with tracking, you can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. For delivery assistance with missing packages, please call Purolator customer support at 1-888-744-7123 or Canada Post customer support at 1-866-607-6301.

Large Orders: If you chose Canada Post Expedited Parcel for a large order that is unusually bulky or multi-piece, then we may elect to ship it via Purolator Ground.

Remote Service Areas: For some locations unable to be serviced by Purolator at a reasonable cost, we may at our discretion ship by Canada Post parcel. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Order Changes
All sales are final. Orders placed are final and cannot be changed or combined with other orders. Once an order has been printed by fulfillment, it cannot be altered or cancelled due to the highly automated process. We appreciate your understanding. If you forgot to order something, please consider placing a separate order.

Failed Deliveries
For orders which are returned to us due to i) a customer entered an incorrect or invalid address, ii) customer failed to find or use pickup notice, iii) customer dwelling was not accessible or safe for a package drop, or iv) a delivery service could not otherwise deliver, we will charge the customer our actual cost of the outbound parcel shipping, plus our cost of return parcel shipping, plus the cost of parcel shipping for a replacement parcel shipment to the customer. Neither shipper nor merchant are responsible for parcels stolen or misplaced after reaching a customer's building entryway, and we do not provide replacement product(s) or refunds in these situations.
Customers refusing packages will not be eligible for a full refund, and will be responsible to reimburse the company for its actual outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the packaging materials and email us photos within 24 hours of the damaged packaging and damaged product. These are critical for processing a claim with the carrier. 

Canada Post Oversized Lettermail is only available for one sample pack. Anything more is too bulky for this service. This service is low cost, but may take up to 3 weeks and has no tracking. If more urgent delivery is needed, please choose a faster service at checkout.
