Defective Product

For any products found defective within 30 days of purchase, we're happily to replace them at no cost to you. Please send photos of the issue, lot code, and quantity affected to support@canadastrongmasks.ca.

Returns

We wish we could accommodate returns. But unfortunately due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any product, even if unopened. All sales are final.

Order Changes/Cancellations
All orders are final. We try to accommodate change requests by email, but our customer service team cannot always intercept them in advance of our lightning quick fulfillment team. We appreciate your understanding. If you make a mistake on your shipping address, please email us right away with the all-caps subject SHIPPING ADDRESS MISTAKE and provide your order number and the corrected address.

Fulfillment Errors

We are happy to correct fulfillment errors. Please notify us within 2 weeks of delivery.
